Why one system

Three records that never agree become one.

Stock in a register, credit in a khata and profit worked out at month end. Stockroot records each receipt, delivery and payment once, and every view reads from it.

Stock registerCounted by hand, per godown
Stock with a historyEvery receipt, delivery, transfer and adjustment is a stock movement
Credit khataPayments matched to bills by hand
Balances that updateDeliveries raise invoices; payments are matched to them

Inside Stockroot

From the godown to the ledger, step by step.

01 · Inventory

Know what you hold, and what is already promised.

  • Stock per warehouse, moved with transfers
  • Adjustments approved with a reason
  • Low-stock alerts with a suggested reorder quantity
Inventory and godown features
02 · Purchasing

Receive part of an order today, the rest next week.

  • Purchase orders confirmed by someone with approval rights
  • Partial receipts tracked against the order
  • Purchase returns take stock back out
Purchasing features
03 · Sales

Reserve on confirmation. Invoice on delivery.

Confirming a sales order reserves the stock. Delivering it takes stock out and raises the invoice for what was actually delivered.

  • Quotations converted into sales orders
  • Partial deliveries, the rest stays reserved
  • Sales returns put stock back
Sales features
04 · Balances

Questions

Before you get in touch

Does Stockroot replace my accounting software?

Stockroot keeps customer, supplier and bank ledgers and shows profit and loss from your sales and purchases. It is not a full double-entry accounting package with a balance sheet.

Does it integrate with FBR digital invoicing?

Not at the moment. If you are sales-tax registered and must issue FBR-integrated invoices, tell us when we talk.

Can I deliver or receive part of an order?

Yes. Each receipt or delivery records the quantity actually moved, and the rest of the order stays open.

Can I bring my existing product list?

Yes. Import your product catalogue from an Excel or CSV file with category, product name, unit and pack size.

Is it available in Urdu?

The interface is in English today.
